The Merge Donuts “Furry Friends” Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Kawaii Creator Design Studio (“Sponsor”), the creators of the Meta Horizon world Merge Donuts. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Open to individuals 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. • Entrants must have a TikTok and/or Instagram account and meet the minimum age requirements of Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Horizon. • If an entrant is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, they must have parental or legal guardian permission to enter. Sponsor may require written consent and proof of relationship before awarding any prize. • Residents of Quebec (Canada), Italy, or Brazil are not eligible to participate. • Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, TikTok, or Meta Platforms Inc., any of their respective advertising or promotional agencies involved in this contest, judges, and any of their respective household or immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, roommates) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by local law. • Entrants must own the rights to the content they submit (i.e., it must be a photo or video of your pet). • Do not include identifiable persons in your post without their permission. • Stock images or AI-generated entries are prohibited. • Only one entry per person/ per social handle will be considered. • Any posts promoting violence, violating animal welfare, including unsafe treatment of people or animals, harmful stunts, illegal activity, private or confidential information, third-party IP, watermarks, music tracks (except as permitted by the applicable platform) or offensive content will be immediately disqualified without notice from Sponsor. • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Contest begins on the official announcement date, February 18, 2026, and runs for two (2) weeks, ending at 11:59 PM U.S. Central Time (CT) on the final day, March 4, 2026. All entries must be posted within the Contest Period to be eligible.

To enter: 1. Post a photo or short video of your real-life pet on Instagram or TikTok. 2. Include your pet’s name and briefly explain why your pet would make a great donut in Merge Donuts. 3. Use the hashtags #MyMergeDonutPet and #MergeDonuts. 4. Tag @kawaii.creator.vr on Instagram and @Kawaii.Creator on TikTok. 5. Posts must be public during the Contest Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries must comply with the community guidelines of Instagram or TikTok (as applicable), no spam posting, no duplicate entries, and no use of bots, paid likes, or similar mechanisms to manipulate engagement. Entrants must not engage in engagement-baiting other than normal calls to action to engage with their post. Any entry that violates these rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion, or is removed for violation of applicable community standards during the Contest Period will be ineligible for prizes.

Up to twelve (12) winning pets will be selected. “Superstar Pet” Community Pick Winners (2) • “Superstar Pet” picks are nominated based on engagement (likes, shares, comments, reposts) during the Contest Period. The top 5 posts on each platform will be nominated for the Community Pick Winners and the top 2 as judged by the criteria for the judged winners below will win the Superstar Pet spots. Judged Winners (10) 10 winners will be selected by a judging panel appointed by Sponsor based on: • Creativity and charm (40%) • Photo or video clarity (40%) • How well the pet translates into a donut character (20%) Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. Any ties will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of the judges and Sponsor are final and binding in all matters.

Selected winners will receive: • Their pet illustrated as a hand-drawn donut character included in the in-game Furry Friends Pack in Merge Donuts. • Custom digital artwork inspired by the pet. Prizes have no cash value and may not be substituted or transferred.

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display submitted content, entrants’ names and user names, and pet name and likeness in any media now known or later developed, including in-game, and for the purposes of administering, advertising, publicizing, or marketing related to this contest and Merge Donuts, with or without attribution. Winners (or their legal guardians, as applicable) will be asked to complete an affidavit of eligibility before any prizes can be awarded. Entrants retain ownership of their original content. Sponsor will own all right, title, and interest (including copyrights) in and to the stylized donut character, animation and any other derivative works created from your entry, without further notice or compensation.

Winners will be contacted via the social media account used to enter within approximately five (5) business days after selection and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond within such a timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winners will be announced on or before March 11, 2026

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Platforms, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims arising out of participation in this Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Contest.  Personal information collected will be used by Sponsor solely for administering the contest, communicating with entrants/winners, prize fulfillment and, if you opt-in, for marketing.  Personal Information is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available here (https://www.kawaiicreator.com/privacy-policy)and entrants may exercise applicable data rights as described therein.  For minors, processing is based on parental/guardian consent.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the U.S. State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.  Exclusive venues shall lie in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, USA.
